Complimentary Consultation
Reach out to us and we’ll setup a complimentary call to discuss with you the details of your new home build. This will give us an opportunity to better understand your project - so that we can then put together a cost consultation proposal you.
During this initial call, we will aim to understand things like, where you’re building, what type of finishes you expect, and how precise you need your estimate to be.
Receive your Proposal
Based on this detailed understanding of your project, a personalized proposal will be emailed to you. When you're ready to move forward, simply accept the proposal at the click of a button. If you still have questions, just reach out – we’re happy to chat.
Accept & Pay
Your Cost Consultant will get to work on your cost estimate as soon as payment is made. We'll submit an invoice shortly after you’ve accepted your quote. To make it easy, you can pay by credit card directly from the invoice, or you can make an electronic funds transfer – you choose.
Receive your Estimate
Your Cost to Build estimate will be emailed to you as soon as it’s complete – typically withing two weeks. Once you have your estimate in hand, we’ll schedule a follow-up call to go over the details, and answer any questions you may have. Our Cost to Build estimates are designed to be a useful tool for you throughout the home-building process. Use your estimate to establish a budget, secure financing, or to help you engage and evaluate builders.
What is a Cost to Build estimate, really?
Our estimates are not just pulled out of thin air – they are based on your selected plans, with your input, for where you live, and founded on real pricing data.
It is important to understand that cost estimates are not quotes - they are reasonable expectation of costs.

Your Cost to Build estimate includes both a one-page summary sheet, and subsequent detailed breakdown sheets. We aim to provide the right amount of information to help you, and your builder, make informed decisions throughout your home building process.
