Your Cost Consultant will get to work on your cost estimate as soon as payment is made. We'll submit an invoice shortly after you’ve accepted your quote. To make it easy, you can pay by credit card directly from the invoice, or you can make an electronic funds transfer – you choose.
Your Cost to Build estimate will be emailed to you as soon as it’s complete – typically withing two weeks. Once you have your estimate in hand, we’ll schedule a follow-up call to go over the details, and answer any questions you may have. Our Cost to Build estimates are designed to be a useful tool for you throughout the home-building process. Use your estimate to establish a budget, secure financing, or to help you engage and evaluate builders.
